What you bring to your clinician

A consultation is short, and a bad week is hard to describe from memory. The summary puts what you recorded on one sheet, so the conversation can start from what happened rather than from what you remember.

What the summary shows

  • The period you chose, and how many days in it have an entry.
  • Your scores day by day, and the average over the period.
  • The body regions you recorded, and how often each one appears.
  • Your answers on sleep, mood, activity and fatigue.
  • Your own notes, in your words, as you wrote them.
The export screen: a summary for a consultation over a chosen period, and the full export. Shown on a laptop.

How to bring it

  1. Open Export in the application and choose the period, for example since your last appointment.

  2. Download the summary as a file. Print it, or keep it on your phone.

  3. Put it on the desk. It is your document, and you decide what to show.

What it does not do

The summary contains no interpretation, no conclusion and no advice. It does not say whether a period was better or worse; it shows the numbers and leaves the reading to you and the person across the desk. Algia has no accounts for clinicians and sends nothing to anyone on your behalf.

And everything, at any time

Beside the summary there is the full export: every entry, region, answer, note and medication you ever recorded, as a file you can keep. It is free on every plan and stays available after you cancel.

Ready before your next appointment

A diary of a few weeks already makes a summary worth reading.
